Rose Snyder is a certified executive leadership coach with more than 30 years of experience in the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic movement. Throughout her career, she has worked with elite athletes, coaches, and administrators to explore what drives high-performing individuals and teams to achieve excellence. Rose now brings those same principles into her business coaching practice, helping leaders and organizations set meaningful goals, overcome challenges, and achieve lasting success.
Rose received her coach training through The Institute for Integrative Intelligence and The Maslow Research Center. She is a Certified Professional Integrative Coach (CPIC), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, and a Certified Organizational Culture Coach (OCC). She is also a certified advanced facilitator through the Waters Center for Systems Thinking and certified in The Big 5 of Strategy through Strategy Inc.
In addition to her coaching credentials, Rose is recognized as a BoardSource Nonprofit Certified Consultant and has become a trusted advisor to local and national nonprofits leaders.
Her leadership and facilitation trainings consistently earn high praise for helping leaders see themselves not as individuals working in silos, but as teams working together toward a shared mission. A former elite athlete, coach, and administrator, Rose is also the author of nationally recognized educational programs focused on leadership, management, strategic thinking, communication, and conflict resolution.
